Jack Rye Manhattan
Ingredients
60 ml Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Rye
15 ml sweet vermouth
15 ml dry vermouth
2 dashes bitters
1 lemon peel
Method
1/2 fill cocktail mixing glass with cubed ice
Add all ingredients and stir for 10 seconds
Strain liquid into glass
Garnish with lemon peel
Jack Rye & Ginger
Ingredients
60 ml Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Rye
Ginger ale
1 lime wedge
Method
Combine over ice
Garnish with lime wedge
Rye-Ball
Ingredients
45 ml Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Rye
15 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml simple syrup
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Soda water
1 lemon wheel
Method
1/2 fill cocktail shaker with cubed ice
Add all ingredients except soda and lemon wheel and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds
1/2 fill highball glass with cubed ice
Strain liquid into glass
Top with soda
Garnish with lemon wheel
Jack Rye Neat
Ingredients
45 ml Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Rye
Method
Pour into rocks glass
Rye Old Fashioned
Ingredients
60 ml Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Rye
15 ml simple syrup
2 dashes bitters
1 orange slice
Method
Combine simple syrup, orange slice and bitters into rocks glass and muddle
Add Jack Rye, 1/2 fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds
Garnish with orange slice

Ingredients

Ginger beer
1 lime wedge
Method
Combine over rice and garnish with lime wedge
